SOLID METALLIC GASKETS

Solid metallic gasket is a type if the energetic gasket for high temperature and pressure and it have great mechanical strength or heart resistivity. All metallic gaskets are made in a variety of types. Hardness of gaskets must be right flange to insure proper gasket without damaging flange surface. Because force on the actual gasket contact area must exceed the tensile strength of the gasket metal. Korea Fujis experienced technology offers manufacturing of metallic gasket and types so that customers may select the Korea Fuji metallic gasket and types so that customers may select the most suitable one in accordance with operating condition. Korea Fuji metallic gasket series standard size and materials are prepared to fit on ANI/AMSE, API, MSS, BS, DIN pipe flanges.

OVAL AND OCTAGONAL RING JOINTS

KFP/#420 and 421 ring joints are designed to deal pressure up to 2500 psi in accordance with ASME/ANSI B 16.5 and JPI-7S-15 pressure ratings and up to 10,000psi in accordance with API 6A pressure ratings. They are used as gasket of pipe flanges and valve bonnets handling high pressure steam, gas, hot oil, oil gas, solvent vapor oxygen at high temperature in oil refineries, petrochemical plants, thermal power plants and high pressure vessels.

API TYPE RX AND BX RING JOINTS

They are the solid metal ring that are finished ”octagonal” cross section. RX(KFP 422)type ring joint gasket is manufactured in accordance with API spec. 6A and ANSI B16.20, being used on 6B flanges of API spec. 6A. BX(KFP #423)type ring joint gasket is manufactured in accordance with API spec. 6A and used on 6BX Flanges of API spec.6A. On ring type joint flange at high pressure service in oil mining equipments.
